Michael Torres also called Myke towers, is a Puerto Rican songwriter and rapper who was born in Rio Piedras Puerto Rico on 15 January 1994. He changed his name in the year 2017 by changing his name from Mike Towers, to Myke Towers. It was done to pay tribute to Young Kingz music group of which he is a member. The i of the group's name was substituted with a letter Y. Myke Towers has been in the rap underground scene of Puerto Rico since his adolescence publishing his first compositions and freestyles via the SoundCloud account. The artist gained fame in 2014 by releasing songs like Dia de cobro Por Mi Es Normal and En los Bloques. His freestyle La Nueva Droga, and his reworking of Drake's first track "0 to 100" has also drawn attention from the music industry of urban.
