Jacqueline Fernandez

Jacqueline Fernandez is a Sri Lankan model, actress and model who is primarily active with the Indian film industry. In 2006, her Miss Sri Lanka Universe title was also taken by her. Fernandez has Canadian, Sri Lankan, Malaysian and multiracial origin was born in Canada, and spent the majority of her growing up in Bahrain. She earned a bachelor's degree in mass communications from the University of Sydney and worked as a journalist for the TV within Sri Lanka for a considerable period before venturing into the world of modeling. In 2006, she took on the role of Sri Lanka's Miss Universe and became one of the models with the highest popularity in Sri Lanka. She landed Jasmine's role in Sujoy Ghosh's 'Aladin' during her 2009 professional tour across India. It was in 2011 as she was the lead female character in Murder 2. The career of Fernandez exploded following the film's commercial and critical success. Fernandez has been featured in movies like Housefull 2 and 3, "Race 2," "Definition of Fear' as well as Judwaa 2. She's the ambassador for numerous companies and has been awarded multiple awards. She is a committed social activist who has many charity and causes.
